This phase of life is characterized by challenges no one ever warned us about, but also by the opportunity for profound transformation on all three levels: body, mind, and soul. In this course, I will share with you my experiences from over 30 years of professional practice as a physiotherapist, acupuncture massage therapist, and yoga teacher to help you find and maintain balance in life, regain more mobility in your body, and reclaim your power.
Meditation for beginners

In this course, I will guide you through guided mindfulness meditations, breathing exercises, and gentle movement sequences. The course is tailored to the needs of women over 50 and focuses on relaxation, body awareness, and mental clarity.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a wonderful practice for women going through menopause. This phase of life is often characterized by hormonal changes, sleep disturbances, hot flashes, mood swings, and joint pain. Yin yoga's gentle, deep healing effect can help balance body and mind. It calms the nervous system, supports joint mobility, and stimulates regeneration.
